Pheasant Suites – Terms & Conditions Overview
1. Booking & Contract A legally binding contract is formed once Pheasant Suites receives valid debit or credit card details from the guest and confirms the booking by email. All bookings are subject to availability, non-transferable, and governed by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Guaranteed Payment A valid credit or debit card is required to secure your reservation. In the event of a cancellation or no-show, the card may be charged in accordance with our cancellation policy.
3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy Guests are strongly advised to obtain travel insurance to cover any unforeseen changes.
4. Damage, Breakages & Cleaning Guests are responsible for leaving the accommodation in the same condition as found.
5. Liability Pheasant Suites Ltd., Balls Farm, and their owners, employees, or agents accept no liability for loss, damage, or injury incurred during your stay, including that arising from negligence, misrepresentation, or third-party actions.
6. Guest Policy Accommodation is strictly for the individuals named on the booking form.
7. Arrival & Departure
8. Lost Property Guests are responsible for ensuring all personal belongings are removed at check-out. Items left behind and found by staff will be retained for up to 12 weeks and may be collected by arrangement. Pheasant Suites accepts no responsibility for lost or unclaimed items.
9. Pets No pets are permitted on the premises, with the exception of registered guide dogs or hearing dogs.
10. Guest Safety Guests accept full responsibility for their safety during their stay, including when on the grounds of Balls Farm.
